CELEBRATING TOGETHER is a new way of experiencing training and team building, dynamic and stimulating, which involves all the most important people in everyone’s life, allowing our colleagues to get to know a new part of us. It includes a variety of events such as Family Days, production launches, anniversaries, Christmas dinners and end-of-career celebrations. It is a project that arises from a growing demand from employees, studied on the basis of the needs of each company to find the most effective solution to increase trust between the company and its employees.
Each special event created with these assumptions has the aim of integrating all the participants, young and old, who are not spectators, but become the real actors of each experience.
