A team coaching intervention was implemented in our company. Thanks to the coach approach, participants immediately felt at ease and involved into a setting where everyone could first give his/her best and then get the chance of investigating his/her areas to better so to set personal growth. The project had great effectiveness and the team, aware of where and what to do to ameliorate, got incredible results. I've rarely observed such a tuning with people, together with professionalism. At the moment we're thinking of planning a new project even because other managers have been asking for.
